XT60 battery caps printed with regular Filament wear out after a while and don't fit anymore (too loose).
That's why I made this in the first place. The second reason is, that there are many different XT60 connectors out there which should have the same size, but they don't. So I tried to design a cap that's working on all of them. To achieve this the inside pins are drafted by 1°, but the main holding part is the outside edge, which also is drafted by 2°. On all of my batteries the actual version will fit. On 3 or 4 battery connector, which are known to have slightly bigger dimensions, they get on pretty strong, but also onto the connectors which seem to be a little to small, they hold up well.
