I use the XReal Air 2 Pro glasses a lot, and they're great. However, the open-ear speakers tend to be too quiet, requiring the use of headphones in conjunction with the glasses.
These covers go over the arms of the glasses and reflect the sound back towards your ears, making the speakers louder and richer sounding. The included model is for the right ear. User your slicer's mirror function to create a left-ear equivalent.
