All in one Xiegu G90 enclosure for a hp server psu for xiegu g90 using a HP server power supply.
I used the hp HSTNS-PL18 505821-001
The mounting hardware will need to be cut off the power supply to be able to install into the enclosure, i cut them off using a dremel with a cut off wheel (be sure to cover all the openings in the PSU to make sure that no dust of metal shavings enter the PSU)
Use the supplied dxf files to cut the sheet metal not the step files, the dxf files have been modified to add clearances to compensate for bend radius tolerances and fixes that needed to be addressed with my first assembly.
I used 1/32" sheet metal but something a little thinner would probably be ideal for ease of bending
bend the sheet metal along the construction lines on the dxf files (these bends will need to be a very small radius, as near to 1/32" as possible) there is some clearance added to the prints to compensate for larger radiuses.
A pl259 adapter will be necessary to clear that back of the unit (you will not be able to remove the connector once the unit is fully assembled (I used a pl259 to bnc adaptor) the bnc is easy to access as its nearly flush with the back of the case
hardware needed is as follows: four 1/4 20 bolts to attach the psu holding brackets to the bottom of the chassis and 28 3mm-0.5 x 6mm screws to hold the 3d printed parts to the sheet metal
