The license plate itself can be attached to this mount via zip ties.
In order to be able to place it on the rod you will need to heat the sides of the model for few seconds (with hair dryer for example). Once its soft, open the sides a bit, put it on the rod and close again. it will harden when cooled down.
Use M3 bolts and nuts (12mm bolt or longer)
