I recently got a geniune Xiaomi bag for my Xiaomi electric scooter 4 Pro. It is designed to be mounted with straps on the handlebar. However I was not satisfied with the mounting as the bag wobbled and moved over time.
I designed this holder with two aspects in focus.
#1, it should be mounted without modification to the scooter
#2 it should be as least visible as possible, I dont really like 3d-printed parts to be visible on the scooter.
What do you need?
4x M5x20 screws
2x M5 self-locking nut
In order to attach the holder you have to punch two tiny holes in the bag itself, I used a Piercing awl. The braking cable can be run through the holder and works just fine.
In order to lock cleaner I cut the existing straps from the bag, I dont need them anymore and they were just annoying because they are quite long.
Best to print in PETG, 40% infill, 3-4 walls, gyroid infill. NO supports needed.
