This is a holder for a router that is so smooth on the surface that it doesn't even have a slot for mounting. It also comes with a fan holder (40mmx40mmxmax12mm). It is not necessary but helps to prolong the routers lifetime. It also helps to keep the holders in place, but makes difficult to position the holes in the wall. For me around 70mm hole distance was fine. I should have made the wall part 1 piece.
The thin piece clamps on the router, the thicker piece goes to the wall, then the 2 pieces clamp together.
The clamp on piece should be mirrored for the second one to make it symmetric but it might fit otherwise as well.
If printed on the right side, no support is needed.
The one on the picture is an earlier one, the current version puts the fan on the router, not above it. Also the current version is a bit thicker.

max 4.5mm dia screws
make sure screw head is flush with surface, or else 2 part wont fit
~70mm hole distance on the wall
