I love my Xiaomi M365 electric scooter, It's a great urban commuter and I decided to upgrade it with a bag hanger so I can use it for my daily shopping.
Although the hanger comes with his own adapter it's badly designed. It permits to screw only one screw and therefore it swings to the sides when you are loading it with bags.
My 3d printed adapter uses the two original screws that are attaching the handlebar and therefore avoids from the hanger to swing to the sides!
