Instructions

• Print the Case: Begin by printing the case top and your preferred case bottom from the available options. If you select the case top with buttons, ensure you also print the corresponding button pieces.
• Insert XIAO RP2040: Carefully snap the XIAO RP2040 into place. The small ridges inside the case will securely hold the PCB. It will have a snug fit. So take your time.
• (Optional) Adhesive for Frequent Use: Since the case is primarily snap-fit, you may want to add a small bead of super glue along the inner edge of the top case for extra durability if you plan to use it frequently.
• (Optional) Assemble Button Case: Turn the case top over and place the buttons into the recessed openings. Keeping the same orientation, snap the case bottom into place to complete the assembly.

Note: You can mix and match the case top with any of the available case bottoms to suit your preferences.
