The file 'X1C Slide-in Poop Bucket 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 61.5KB.
All poop buckets I have found so far fall in one of those categories: slide around the printer to the front, chute somewhere else, bucket attached with magnets/tape to the back. Since none of these suited me due to space limitations, and I did not particularly want to do the magnetic version, I decided to make my own slide in version.
There is a ring mount around the chute that uses original screw holes, and bucket has a notch that slides in rail between the mount and printer wall. The rail has spring-like latch to provide some resistance so that it stays in place. I used the screws that held down the plastic anchors for AMS and the bed (shortening them to about 8mm), they have different head but same threading.
Sliding in the bucket can be done easily without looking (which was my requirement), you just put the bucket behind the printer, slap its flat side against the printer, move it up at which point it is unavoidable you set it against the rail and can slide it in.
The bucket hangs in the air, so it should not matter if you have your printer elevated on antivibration feet or on a cinderblock.
Bucket dimensions are 230x100x110 width/depth/height.
