I used http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1205492 created by patrickdevens1 as well as the other objects to remix a template holder with the symbols on it.
A little paint goes a long way to making this look really good.
I stood up the original template holder design because my Robo3D printer didn't like bridging the holes.
