This is a part I've been using for 6 months solid. I tweaked the screw hole to accommodate for a 4mm screw so I could use a 624 bearing. This makes the belt perfectly parallel the entire length!
This model also uses the leadscrew nut with 4 screw holes (I got mine from Folger Tech)
