Just a quick rework of Kasperc88 Prusa X-Axis for a 5mm double bearing idler pully, seems unnecessary to find a steel pin also included is a printable 5mm pin that did the job for me, as long as its tight in the bearing your good , the tensioner carriage was a bit tight for me i just gave it a bit of a sand with some 1200 sandpaper but you could adjust the scale down a bit this will vary from printer to printer , you want it snug but not so tight that you cant move it in and out .
This tensioner design works good .
