The file 'X Carve 9mm Extra Strength Belt Clip 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 578.9KB.
I liked the original thing, but I am paranoid that the belt hook might break during a carve, so I beefed it up a bit.
Then I thought the top X-axis clips could be wider to strengthen them, and the Y-axis clips could be attached to the side of the maker slide to strengthen them as well...
If you have a newer X-Carve with attached 9mm GT2 Pulleys, you need 6 X 9mm wide idler wheels, and 3-4 Meters of 9mm GT2 belts. If you want to go GT3, you'll need to change the pulleys too, and the garble settings.
You can just print 6 of the original beefed-up clip, or one of each enlarged X axis clips, and 2 of each of the enlarged Y axis clips.
I printed these at 95% in ABS.
Hopefully, they will hold.
