There's plenty of wrench organizers on Thingiverse, but I was not able to find one with a clip that secures the wrenches so that I can throw the organizer in my toolbox. So, I designed my own.
There are two designs included, for the following sizes:
I've designed the slits so that they fit my wrenches tightly. Your wrenches may of course be of a different thickness. There's of course multiple ways to fix that: editing the STL, scaling the parts (tricky), or post-processing the prints using a file and sandpaper.
The clips should fit tightly and should snap in place. Depending on how well your printer is calibrated, they may come out of the printer a bit too small. In my case, rescaling by +1-3 % solved that. A single % hereby made the difference between a loose and a tight fit.
I recommend a print orientation as in the picture because this gives the strongest print. Also, I recommend using a sturdy plastic like ASA or ABS. I expect PLA to be too brittle, thought I haven't tried it.
