Summary

In this collection you'll find several wall holders for Worx tools. I designed this for my own tool-wall, but decided to share the designs with you all.

In this collection:

  • Worx Grasstrimmer WG163E.2 GT3.0

  • Worx Drill WX102.9 60nm
  • Worx Drill WX100 30nm
  • Worx Impact Drill WX291.9
  • Worx Hammer Drill WX380.9

  • Worx Jigsaw WX543
  • Worx reciprocating Saw WX500.9

  • Worx Angle Grinder WX800 + Accessories holder
  • Worx Multi Sander WX822.9

  • Worx Powershare Battery 20V (Tested with 2Ah)

These wall mounts are printed with ABS and a 25% infill. With these settings, the wall mounts can hold the weight well and it is strong enough to withstand a beating. When using Bambulabs slicer software simply choose for the default "0.20mm Strength" profile. I've also added the print settings i've used below.

All my WORX wall mounts are designed to be screwed on with a 4 millimeter wood screw. This fits exactly through the screw holes and the head is nicely recessed into the print.

Printer settings
My prints are multicolor, but ofcourse this is not necessary; choose your own color settings. I suggest using "Ironing" on the top most surface. The logo will be more sharp and it only takes like 2 minutes extra.

When using Bambulabs slicer choose for the "0.20mm Strength" default profile and add ironing (optional). If you are using any other slicer, I suggest a .2mm layer height, 6 wall loops, 3 top and bottom layers and 25% infill.

Some designs need support. Use support that only touches the build plate. This will be enough to print the overhang but won't use much filament and is very easy to remove.

There are faster settings for these prints but durability is something I want. We're talking about tools and I know that taking them out and putting them back in will be harsh sometimes. I'm not wearing gloves using these tools :)

Have you printed your own wall mount? Love seeing the results!
