Summary

Update: 13/02/19, The reduction gearbox design is all but complete. I am in process of printing a prototype to see if it works!

I finally got there! This is now the culmination of all the other creations i've posted. In this iteration, The case components and bearing housings incorporate a locking Lug system so they will lock together without need for gluing etc! The cases also include 3 "teeth that lock into the outer band which prevents the parts rotating and coming free!

I have modified the Turbine Hub design slightly to save material. In the photos I am using a 11.92mm brass tube as the axle as this is much straighter than I could get with a printed axle.

The bearings again, are 21mm x 12mm x 4mm ball bearings that can be picked up cheap on amazon.

Next I am in the process of designing a reduction gearbox that will take the drive and allow me to power something so standby for that, it will be a new module that should lock straight into this existing setup.
