Wooden Floors

Quite common back in the day as it seamed that every one was walking on them.

Now don't get me wrong, I was simply wanting some thing a li'l different to add a bit more variations to the wood floors and not look so identical.. so .. umm well this is what i came up with and i kinda like it..

This pack contains a first generation basic 1x1 or 'I' tile and a 1x2 or 'S' tile, these tiles are also mirrored, giving you a total of 4 tiles, the idea behind the mirroring was to allow randomness to the pattern, if you was to stagger them in such a way as to create a more complex patterns, keeping it simple you just do a dark brown and dry brush a lighter shade atop of it for a less subtle pattern texture that seams to changes when rotated in the light, now if you were to say use two shade and paint left to right planks one color and up and down planks another color then you could create a more high contrast looking wood texture in the pattern. my idea was to get the most out of one design depending on how you paint them as well as placement within the map grid.

Soooo this is. I guess you can say a TEST, Clear off your desks and print one (OK maybe two), paint it and then post it as a make to let me know what you think, maybe just maybe, if its worthy, I will make a complete set of the better variations that get discussed in the comments.
