Enter the Mk6 Schnozzle, and a blower spacer bushing. Print the spacer bushing standing upright, and then take your blower/turbo fan off, put the spacer into the fastener hole in the blower with the flanged side on the right, such that it spaces the blower fan 0.6mm off the X carriage. This will centralise the fastener within the hole in the blower, and slightly better align the blower fan itself for use with the Schnozzle Mk6.
I found the Mk5 Schnozzle works ok, but it biases the airflow more on one side of the print nozzle... so in this case I've changed the design completely to blow air out of only two outlets, angled to still achieve close to 360 degree coverage.
I recommend printing with some supports under the ass end of the part where it curves up and lofts into the rectangle shape.
