The BMW Z3 have some serious problems with wobbleing seats.
Check the internet for finding a manual how to take out the seat of the car and disassemble everything until you get to the defect part.
You can buy it at you local BMW dealer or you can print it on your own.
You'll need four of this parts for one seat.
