This is a mounting plate for a Wisblock RAK19007 base board. It is intended for use with the RAK13800 ethernet board with the optional RAK19018 POE module, though it works fine with just the base board.
The hole spacing for the plate itself is designed for the 5mm spacing of the commonly used back plate in waterproof enclosures.
Since the Ethernet module hangs so far off the base board, this plate provides a support under the Ethernet jack, though there is no place for a screw.
Hole sizes may not be perfect.
