This is a strap case for the A8 Wireless Guitar Transmitter. The transmitter was designed to plug right into the guitar, but it's prone to breakage and being pulled out that way.
The design allows you to take it on and off a strap fairly easily, see the function lights, turn the transmitter on and off, change the channel, and charge it while still on the strap. I used 2 zip ties threaded through holes to keep it inside of the case, as shown.
I bought a 12" ¼" male plug to ¼" female plug extension and it fits snuggly inside the case.
