Install this bushing on the roller bearings on a Winwing Orion 2 stick base with MFSSB modules installed to convert the floppy sloppy to a ridged stick to take full advantage of the force sensors. Doing so will remove all slop created by the clearance between the roller bearings and the force sensors.
There's a convenient flare at the mouth of the part to assist in installation. THIS IS AN INTERFERENCE FIT PART. Start with the 0.5 wall thickness version and check the internal diameter is 11.95mm +/-0.05 and the wall thickness matches the name +/- .05. There should be some resistance while both installing the bushing on the bearing and installing the MFSSB modules, but not so much that you're risking damage to the modules' sensors. Installing the modules is a bit tricky, but if you're finding a significant amount of resistance, cancel the installation and try a smaller wall thickness.
Need 2 per stick base.
