I made This Wind Turbine project to learn solid works better, I then 3D printed it out on my Untimaker 2+. All parts printed out perfectly and went together and looks very fluid. I then milled out the swivel shaft and main shaft but they could be 3D printed if you preferred. There is space in the back to put a small motor if you wish for It to spin. I have given solid works files along with STL files so it can be printed even if you don't have solid works or if you want to change anything.
