Major update!!

V2 is harder to print but did hold up quite well, but v3 has vast improvements.
This is a total re-make not re-mix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2896468 which is an earlier version I designed and it ran for 2 years quite well except in high winds.. This version is easier to print and handles winds (so far tested at 55+ mph).. Should be able to handle whatever winds till its ripped off the roof..
This is still very much a work in progress but has been collecting data now since Dec 24 2019. Over 206993 records. The website is still very rough, I've hard coded everything, even the graph is just using tables in HTML. I do want to add a look up history (other then just the past 24 hrs). But compared to the NOAA sight, which is near were I live, its been right on.
I'm designing a rain gauge currently. I plan on converting the whole station from spare parts to all 3d printed. Even though it doesn't show in the schematics, some of the sensors are doubled for redundancy and to check each other.

In the electronics for the WX station, I switched the windspeed over to a hal effect sensor (3144) which works great and I've tested it for over a year now and it does much better then the infared sensor I originally designed..
The spinner, top and bottom case are PETG the rest is ABS..
This model does require 2 608 bearings (Typical Skate board bearings). I clean them out with gasoline, then add pro-long for lubricant so they spin very fast and smooth (a trick we did when I used to race Street Luge).
