Added inner thread to last part of the barrel and made extender with outer thread.
The idea of threaded extender comes from the great remix of Vijit https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4550274 , but I made the threads again from scratch in Fusion360 (the are reverted in comparison to Vijit's), as I somehow wasn't able to reasonably swap the threads from the Vijit remix and have everything aligned.
Vijit remix leaves the outer thread on the main barrel, which looks strangely without the extender attached. in my remix the thread on the main barrel is hidden.
Threads are M22x3. The outer thread on the extender has some play to fit nicely.
