This is a modification of the X-Axis ends for the Wilson II to allow for the use of the Tr8*8 anti-backlash nuts from RobotDigg. Many thanks to MRice for including the SCad files to allow for modifications. I've also included the modified SCad file that I generated.
The mount plate of the anti-backlash nut does overlap the area for the linear bearings, but it does clear the Z-axis rod, so that shouldn't cause an issue.
I printed a set and they fit perfectly. You may need to trim the flash off the edge of the hole, but it will fit if your printer is properly calibrated. As such, I'm taking these off the Work In Progress status.
