Rims and tyres for the Willys MB 1/10 drivetrain
The rims are 16" combat rims, to be glued together. There are four variants: rim_front (2x outside), rim_rear (2x outside), rim_spare (1x) and rim_inside (5x). And a three bolts spare tyre holder. Print everything with support, in ABS or PETG (0.2mm layer height is fine).
The tyres are Goodyear 6.00 x 16" NDT tyres, with 50 pitch and 5.20 cap width. They come with manually created support, that can be removed after printing with a knife. The support is required to print soft material, and it works much better than automatically generated support. The tyres also have a thin internal support structure, most of them is hollow. Print them without extra support, in TPU/soft PLA (0.2mm layer height is fine).
The Goodyear logo is not included in the model, it can't be printed.
The design is roughly based on bret4, but no longer compatible. The rims have a different size (bigger radius and much less width), the tyres are smaller.
Update: Printed the first tyres and added pictures (1st: top view, 2nd: bottom view directly after printing, cut along the two gaps around the middle ring, 3rd: bottom view after cutting and bret4 tyre bottom view to compare sizes and result)
