Use a NFC-app to configure the tag, or hold down network name in settings and choose 'write to NFC'.
Assembly:

place the tag inside the hole in the key
close hole by putting the cap on it. (this may need some pressure, just stick it in as far as you can, lay it on a table and put your weight on it. The pressure needed depents on print quality.)
