Wicker Basket handle repair. Who could say no to one of their grandchildren when they come to you with something that is broken. That was where it all started. My granddaughter had a wicker Easter basket that her mother brought for her when she was quite small (1-2 years of age). After about ten years, one of the handles broke loose from the basket. By that time the basket was becoming a keepsake item for her. Like most grandchildren, they think you can glue everything. I just did not think "glue" was the long term solution for broken wicker, especially when it was being used to hold the wicker handle on. I thought it would be better to design and 3d print a new handle assembly, but wasn't quite sure how to attach it to the basket.
