My take on designing a replacement for 1/16 scale HyperGo wheely bar assembly, PN 16120, but compatible with many models with the same chassis.
I designed the frame for my HyperGo 16208.
I recommend using the compact version, it uses 2 less screws and its more durable.
There is a version with separate parts if fits your needs.
There are no adjustment for the position of the wheels, if you want it lower or higher, print bigger/smaller wheels.

I have printed in PLA, but they broke pretty easy, when the car tumbled on them.
The ones in the pictures are printed in TPU, frame and wheels, and the wheels axel in PLA.
The holes are 2.5mm, easily fits screws 2.5-2.7mm, for PLA parts be careful with the first screw in, it needs to be perfectly straight so it can build its thread well, otherwize PLA will break easy.
Printing with TPU advice: Hight temp 235C, very slow, 40mm/s max, very low max cooling, under 50%, dont care too much about stringing, it can be cleaned afterwards, but we need very good layer adhesion. i used Creality TPU White.
Frame printed with supports, snug, 20%overhang. i didnt even removed the supports under the middle link.
