This is a set of spacers to be used to balance the front and rear wheels of a BMW R1200GS, specifically my 2009 5 spoke model. The adapter may or may not fit any other model, though if it's a large rear hub 5 spoke model it probably will.
The design uses a 1/2" / 13.5mm center shaft, but I made the hole just a bit loose. One layer of tape around my shaft snugged it right up. The two bolts are 1/4-20 x 2" with a washer and nut each. Put some tape over the washer before use if you obsess about your paint.
This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online if you want to change the center shaft size or the diameters of the hub to match a different model.
