Summary

All the wheel plugs on my good old IKEA Micke drawer unit broke after a few years. All four of them !
So, instead of ordering new parts (101467) from IKEA, I figured I might as well make a slightly stronger design and print them.
I made the support ring rounder and thicker, it's sturdier that way, and easier to design 😏

If you're worried it might be too visible, check out the picture of the reassembled unit.

I included two designs, with both source FreeCAD files and STL exports. On the ones named "I3D", I've adjusted the inner and outer diameters by something like 0.3mm, my first attempt didn't fit because of FDM tolerance. If you're printing using a different technique, feel free to try the normal version. The ones on the pictures fit, they're the "I3D" version.

I recommend printing upside down, with supports for the ring, it will be easier to remove than long supports inside the pocket/hole. Your supports should be as far as you can adjust from the rest of the piece in the X/Y plane, that way they don't risk sticking to the fine grooves.
Other than that, I've used PLA and it's still stronger than the original parts.
