Wheel Lacing Stand that has supports to hold the hoop concentric to the hub while inserting the spokes. I've tested this and it works well, just be sure to use on a solid bench/table.
Standard EMT tubing found at any hardware store (about 0.710 inch diameter). See image for tubing lengths. As shown will fit up to a 22 inch wheel.
1/8 x 3/8 rivets to secure printed parts to tubing.
No. 6-18 x 1.0 (or shorter) drywall screws. Grind off the points so they won't stab you.
