The outer and inner lids are designed to prevent the wet wipes from drying out. The inner lid is held by the box and so can not fall out when removing the wet wipes.
For the print itself there are no support structures needed.

==> Update 1: The wet wipe box has been updated and includes now two hinges and a split pin with a cover. The splint and its cover is needed twice. Feel also free to use two M3 screws to keep the box and the outside cover together.
==> Update 2: This is Version 3 and final. I updated the hinges, the pins and the cap. They are now much stronger than before.
