This is a simple spout for a watering can. It's fully parametric, and you can download the Fusion360 file.
I printed it without supports in PETG (0.6 line width, 0.28 layer height, three perimeters, no infill needed). I set the wall width to 1.8 (three 0.6 walls), but 1.2 will probably work as well. It used about 26g of material (50x50 nozzle, 120mm height, 22.8mm inner diameter).
