Not a waterproof box, since it has holes in the bottom. But can deflect dust and a lot of water.
Can be print without support. I recommend PETG for weatherproofing it. I print it with 100% infill.
OpenSCAD file is attached so it can be resized to any size you want. Either change the source file or make a comment and I will create it accordingly. (be aware- rendering time is long since it is not optimised). The last line in the file determines if you get the top or the bottom part.
