throwing water balloons are fun, but making hundreds of them are not so. found a garden house adapter design that makes filing the water balloon much easier, but finger still hurts from tying hundreds of them. this design will spare your fingers to assist in tying the water balloons in seconds!

please let me know if your thoughts :)

1.attach water balloon onto nipple, then fill with water
2.stretch water balloon and make 1 wrap around the tying rod
3.detach the water balloon from the nipple and slide it into the tying rod slit where it get held from underneath
4.lastely, pull water balloon forward from tying rod
