Summary

Overview

Part to replace a broken impeller from a Whirlpool AWM 6130 drain pump (pump assembly part number: 4812 310 28144, pump proper part number: 4619 710 77501). Will likely work on some other Whirlpool, AEG, etc. machines.
The idea is to heat then fit the new impeller onto the pump's shaft. The pump is still in good working order other than the broken impeller. So before forking out for a new pump it is worth trying to make this, to give the pump some more life. It will likely not work for long.

Results 3/11/14

The thing printed and was successfully heated up to a little over 80° C, pressed onto the pump's spindle and installed. So far it works well, although no washes over 60° C have been attempted. I will update if anything ever needs updating.
"washer thing 2" was used for this. The fit is a little dodgy, due to dimensional inaccuracies in the printer, which if needed will be fixed.

Update 25/11/14

After about a month of use it is functioning fine with all temperatures of wash cycle (30 thru 95°) So I think I will call this complete.
