Summary

Here I have an ear tunnel that is Warhammer 40k themed, with the Inquisitor emblem in the center. The model is designed to fit a hole size of 25mm, but it can be resized using the scaling function in your slicer (though detail may suffer depending on your print method (i.e resin vs fdm).
It doesn't require supports. I printed my example with an FDM printer using a Red & Black PLA then silk copper at the last 10 layers to make the skull and side accents "pop", but better detail can be had using a resin printer (tho the FDM version still looks fine).

With FDM, I would print a bit slower to try and catch more of the details, and also dial in your retraction settings.
