Lifesize Warhammer 40K Chainaxe model that I made, Total size is 84cm long and 35cm wide at the head. These files are designed for a larger printer so to print them all in one piece you will need a printer with at least 300x300x300 build volume. I have cut the bigger files up though for smaller printers. full list of parts to print for printer sizes at the bottom of description. If you have a large printer you can print all the parts on one bed.

The files are all orientated how I printed them and I have also included my Cura files with support settings. Although bear in mind these may not work with a different printer, I use a Neptune 3 max. I printed this on a 0.2mm layer height with 10% infill. For the handle of mine I used 28mmx 340mm dowel for strength however I have included a 3D printed handle if you would rather, the 3d printed handle has a hole for an 8mm support rod to run through.

The axe is designed to be taken apart for storage and transport should you wish so the Axe head and handle can separate. They are held together with a pin that has holes for 3mmx4mm magnets.

The files have tolerance designed in so should fit together straight off the build plate but that does depend on the tolerance of your printer.
