This is a back plate for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 Control Box and replaces the stock 40mm back fan with an 80mm Fan within an enclosed unit. Vents are directed towards the power supply, mainboard and centre of the power unit.
Print any 80mm Fan Grill, depending on the outer shape of your fan. For a square ending fan print http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:377656 and for a circular ending fan print http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:571272.
You can use the stock screws to attach the back plate and any 4 fan screws to attach the fan and grill. The hole in the top of the fan housing is for the fan power cables.
I also removed my inner 60mm power supply fan and cover and the machine now runs much quieter and super cool. If you do decide to do this, use cable ties to keep all the loose cables in the top of the box next to the mainboard to prevent them from hanging into the power supply.
