A new version of my X-Axis Ratchet Strap Tensioner (v2.0) is available. This version is designed to have a centered position so the strap never get bent as the X-Axis is moving. Please note that if you go with that version, you will need to modify your X-Axis upper bearing blocks so the strap won't rub on them. There is already a plenty of those mods on Thingiverse, but I recommend you this one (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1172838).

This my remix on PlasticCrow's "X- Axis Belt Mounting Bracket". In my remix version, I modified the number of teeth for the ratchet, from 12 to 16. I also added a knurled wheel on the top of the ratchet and a hold down bolt (you can see it in the section view picture) to keep the ratchet in place. I just assumed that in the original design, the ratchet might pop out, but I haven't tried it.
To correct the infamous WDi3 Bearing Block strap rubbing issue, I added 2 arms on both side to place (2) 10mm OD x 5mm ID x 4mm Thick on each arm. You can notice that in the assembly picture.
I also added a version for people who already solved the Bearing Block issue.
