These are parts to make the Wallony planter a standalone self-watering garden affixed to a board, with the watering mechanism (a 12v peristaltic pump) hidden from view.

You'll need to screw the planters onto the board and drill holes behind the top and below the bottom planters. Then add a pump wired to ... wherever you want. I have it hooked up to a Raspberry Pi Zero running the automated gardener script from this similar project.
The water is pumped into the sprinkler and out through the drains with 1/4 in silicone tubing into a container.
I added some microfiber in the drain holes to help with directing the water and to prevent splashing. I also acetone vapored the parts and sealed all of the tube joints with hot glue to prevent leaks.
