Added a money clip...tolerances are built in. Just print it and slide the wallet in, it should click and stay put with no problems at all :)
And easy to print smooth functioning card ejector wallet with interchangable covers.
If you want the cover I have, print the first 1mm in 0.2mm layers normally and the last layer with 4 perimeters and honeycomb infill with 0 solid layers. I changed filament color in between :)
Print everything flat on the bed, the little black slider might need support if you want to print it as smooth as I have.
I am still working on a flexible spring on the inside. A base is provided, you can print that in PLA but it's not strong enough I think. But the new spring will have the same mount option so go ahead and print it already :)
