Also camera holder is fixed to servo T-arm with 2,2x6,5 screws.
VTX is fixed with original M2 screws 6.5mm from bottom.
For on-board testing I`m using plate with fan holder. I use this 45x45x10mm / 12V DC SUNON ME45101V1-000U-A99 fan:

Servo needs 500-2500us pulse to have 180deg rotation.
EDIT 20241010 : Better servo is 3.7g micro digital servo 260 degree rotation, it`s the same size and has wider rotation angle. Also need 500-2500us pulse width. Example on Ali:
