July 30, 2018 - Version 3 uploaded. I believe this will be the final version. I moved the weight locations to have it sit better in the water. ALSO ADDED ANGRY EYES FOR A PROVEN 60% MORE BITES.
This is a topwater lure, similar to the new stutter step lures. In my experience, it is meant to be worked much slower than say, a spook. You may have to adjust your walking rhythm, but once you do, you can damn near make it moonwalk.
