Power Distribution Block for Three 221-415 (Five Socket) Wago Clamps, with Clips and DIN Rail Mount, Remixed.
- A versions for classic M3 nuts and for M3 brass hot melt insert nuts are available.
- Three zip ties holes in the front for securing secondary cables.
- The Clips in the Block are held against falling out during assembly by means of grooves, after fitting Wago clamps they are blocked by them (in the case without using Din_Lock mounting).
Necessary parts:
For Cable Gland:
- 2x M3 20mm (Countersunk head) screws.
- 2x M3 nuts or hot insert nuts (it depends on the Wago_Mount.stl model).
For Din Lock pad:
- 2x M3 10mm (Countersunk head) screws.
- 2x M3 nuts or hot insert nuts (it depends on the Wago_DIN_Lock.stl model).
Print Settings:
- Filament: PLA
- Layer Height: 0.3 mm
- Infill: 30%
- Support: NO
Notes:
Regular M3 nuts need to be pressed into the printed model, either using adjustable pliers, or you can use a longer M3 screw to push them in. They have tighter tolerances so they don't fall out when unscrewed.
Mounting on DIN Rail: First, place the lower hook with the spring on the DIN rail, press the lower hook towards the DIN and snap-on the upper hook. The second option is to attach the upper hook and just push on the lower one, which has a bevel.
Disassembly from DIN Rail: Press the lower hook with the springs towards the DIN and at the same time unfold the upper hook.
For Wago_DIN_Lock.stl in other use: It needs to be in close contact with the surface of the other model after screwing, this is a condition for proper functioning (the distance between the holes is 35mm).
