I made a new custom design to my pocket katana. This time of Zoro's sword the Wado Ichimonji.

Ive always been a big fan of One Piece and Zoro's over the top 3 Sword Style has been very amusing. Some people may not like this take, but it so much reminds me of playing with swords as a kid.

Anyways, as my second proper custom sword I really wanted to do one of his swords and someone suggested the Wado and that felt like a good fit.

This time around I made the blade just a tiny bit smaller as i was finding it didnt really fit when i printed it on my A1. You may still need to sand or debur the tang of the blade to really get it to fit inside the hilt though. And I made the magnets holes a tiny bit bigger to allow for better tolerances.

I only included the right side of the blade because it really just needs to be mirrored. Only the sheath really requires the left and right side because of the glue channel to help lock them together.

I found that if you do print this in multicolor, that using the print infill first setting does reduce and bleed of the gold into the white. But this setting also seems to make the tolerances worse. Or maybe my A1 Mini just struggles a bit.

Once again im making this sword available for commercial use. So feel free to print and sell them.
