Summary

I remixed the filament roller guide, by antibimmer, to mount directly to the two M3 screw holes in front of the extruder for the Voxelab Aquila.

The bottom of the mount has M3 nut recesses if you want to put the nuts on the bottom, however, the button head of the M3 screw will recess fine in the hex nut recess, so it's reversible, screw can go in either way. I would suggest putting the screws in through the bottom like in the picture to make sure the guide is tight since the metal plate is threaded.

Uses a standard 8mm x 22mm x 7mm skateboard bearing.
Two M3 x 12mm screws (installed as shown in pic, can be shorter and no nuts if not using the smaller second guide linked below).
Two M3 nuts.
One M5 x 25mm screw to hold the bearing in place. it should be just smaller than the bolt and thread in fine.
You need to print two spacers.
