Two sizes are available: 14mm and 8mm. The video shows the 14mm result. If you go for the 8mm you'll just have to spin the bottle harder to get the vortex going, but it will last longer!
Some printing advise: make sure to print the caps with support (20%) and 100% infill (solid print) and 0.15mm layer height would do just fine.
